High Efficiency Lubricating Upper Gland (HE-LUG)

The WNS Lowery High Efficiency Lubricating Upper Gland (HE-LUG) provides great secondary sealing for all styles of stuffing boxes. The HE-LUG provides the best industry design of the leak detection glands by promoting clean and environmentally friendly well site hook up. The HE-LUG can be used in conjunction with a Pollution Control Base to minimize any potential leaks during standard operation and/or potential well failure. The Standard Style HE-LUG design allows for up to 3° of rod misalignment. The Performance Style Series HE-LUGs are designed to be able to rotate to allow for the ports to be positioned in any orientation required for clearance.
